■ 賀!楊秋忠院士研發創新有機廢棄物資源化技術登上國際媒體   開創減碳與循環農業新里程碑!

由國立中興大學楊秋忠院士研發之有機廢棄物高效資源化技術,成功納入國際「里山權杖倡議(Satoyama Mace Initiative, SMI)」最新發布之碳減量方法學 ME0001,並獲國際媒體廣泛報導,展現臺灣農業生物科技與永續環境研究成果的國際影響力。

ME0001方法學「透過有機廢棄物資源化避免甲烷排放」(Avoidance of Methane Emissions from the Decay of Organic Waste through Resource Processing),係由楊秋忠院士領導研發之核心技術所建立。該方法學結合AIMZYME酵素技術及高效能處理系統,可將傳統需數月以上之堆肥程序大幅縮短至數小時內完成,有效將農業廢棄物、畜牧廢棄物及生物質資源轉化為高品質有機肥料,同時降低甲烷排放並提升土壤碳匯能力。

此項創新成果不僅突破傳統有機廢棄物處理效率瓶頸,更建立兼具「溫室氣體減量」、「循環經濟」、「永續農業」及「碳權開發」等多重效益的新典範。透過嚴謹的量測、報告與查證(MRV)機制,可將減碳效益轉化為具國際公信力之碳權,為全球淨零排放與生物多樣性保育提供重要解方。

楊秋忠院士長期投入微生物、生物肥料、生物資材及農業循環利用等研究領域,帶領團隊建立龐大的功能性微生物資源庫,並持續推動農業廢棄物資源化技術創新。此次研究成果獲納入國際碳減量方法學體系,充分彰顯臺灣科研能量與國際競爭力,亦為全球農業減碳與永續發展作出重要貢獻。
